I was rescued by The Riverking Newfoundland Club. They heard about a puppy mill auction in Carthage Missouri that would have several Newfoundlands. They were able to obtain all 6 of us. I was 18 months old and totally unsocialized. I was in foster care for 6 months until I was adopted by my new family in 2003. I am doing very well now!
