Personalized Pet Quilt includes:

·         4 customized quilt squares donated by Embroid Me – Each square will be custom designed by the winner and can be screenprinted and/or embroidered with a pet name, photo, or design.

·         All materials for the quilt and quilt assembly.  (Materials donated by Tanya Sanger)
Additional  materials can be provided by winner if they are of a sentimental nature.

·         Quilting donated by Cat Tracks Designs (Cat.tracks@yahoo.com or 816-453-0802)

·         Quilt Assembly by Helen Branch (Helen can also do custom embroidery on additional squares)
